9. Marquee Tool

Is divided into four sections, which have different functions.

• Rectangular Marquee  (Shortcut keyboard : M, or shift + M)

This tool is useful to make the selected area rectangle on the image.

• Elliptical Marquee (Shortcut keyboard : M, or shift + M)

This tool is useful to make the selected area elliptical / round in pictures.

• Single Row Marquee  

This tool is useful to make the selected area on the image one line.

• Single Column Marquee

This tool is useful to make the selected area one column in the figure.

10. Blur Tool (Shortcut keyboard : M, or shift + M)
blur tool is divided into three structures, that is :

• Sharpen Tool

This tool has the function to sharpen certain areas of the image

• Blur Tool

This tool has the function to refine certain areas of the image.

• Smudge Tool

This tool has the function to scrub certain areas of the image.

11. Brush Tool (Shortcut keyboard : B, or shift + B)
brush tool is divided into two structures, that is :

•  Brush Tool

This tool has a function to paint the image with brush strokes.

• Pencil

This tool has a function to paint a picture with a pencil stroke.

12. Pen Tool (Shortcut keyboard : P, or shift + P)
This tool has a function for smooth curves in the path, and the pen tool is divided into four structures each having its own function.

• Freefrom Pen Tool (Shortcut keyboard : P, or shift + P)

This tool has the function to make the arches independently.

• Add Anchor Point Tool

This tool has the function to add a point on the path editor.

• Delete Anchor Point Tool

This tool has a function to delete a specific point on the path editor.

• Convert Point Tool

This tool has the function to change the anchor points & specific direction on the  path.

13. Erasel Tool (Shortcut keyboard : E, or shift + E to change the type of eraser.)
This tool has three types of functions.

• Eraser

This type is used to remove pixel image & restore on a particular state.

• Background Eraser

This type is used to remove from certain images makes it transparent.

• Magic Eraser

This type is used to remove certain images from having the same color makes it a trasnparan with just one click.

14. Shepe Tool (Shortcut keyboard : U, shift + U to change the type of.)
The tool is to have six functions :

• Rectangle Tool

This tool to draw rectangles.

• Rounded Rectangle Tool

This tool to draw a curved rectangular shape.

• Ellipse Tool

This tool to draw the ellipse.

• Polygon Tool

This tool to draw a polygon.

• Line Tool

These tools to have a function to draw a straight line.

• Custom Shape

This tool has the function to draw a particular shape from the list of forms that exist.

15.  Zoom Tool (Shortcut keyboard : Z)
This tool has the function to zoom in & zoom the image object.

16. Hand Tool (Shortcut keyboard : Z)

This tool has the function to shift the image in the window view area.
