1.Open the
program Adobe Photoshop.
2.Select the
file you want to give the Motion Blur effect.
3. Now
the selection of an image with the Quick Selection tool or
you can simply press the W, then the tool automatically
appear.
Now our selection

pressing Ctrl + Shift + I.
Next, you click
the Filter-Blur-Motion blur, to give the effect
of motion on the image, then the box will appear as
below: (For setting the proportions to your taste, how
many pixels you want, remember theimagination!)
4. Now we see
the images before and after the given effect.
