1. Open the program
Adobe Photoshop

Select an image by clicking Open the file, and select

layer and select Duplicate Layer or

you enlarge the canvas size, you try to click
the image and then select the size of
thecanvas, you too can be a
way Ctrl + ALT + C, now see the picture
below.

are finished click OK.

After that you turn the picture vertically, then you click
edit, select Transfomer, when it
isselect Flip Vertical, see picture below.
7. Then
you drag the image down to fit, using
the move tool, you can also press the V
key,then you navigate to the image is
accompanied by sliding down, see picture.

After that you go to Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur, then you
are set around a radius of 4 pixels.
9.
Then on your toolbar click the Filter-Distort-Glass, and
then you set the effects to suit your
taste and sense, see Picture. (Remember your imagination is
very handy compared to theory)
10.
Then you use the Color Balance to modify the
image, now you click on the image-Color-Adjustment Balance.
